A new companion and a dream

Hola Familia!

This week has been a super and crazy fast week! I helped Elder Rodas pack up for Honduras and then I helped my new companion, Elder Rivera who is from Nicaragua, unpack! Also, we have been working really hard trying to get more baptism dates, and also helping the zone baptize as well.

It's so crazy to me to see a missionary go home, because for me I feel like I've been in the mission since I was born, and that I will probably never go home haha! But to see Elder Rodas go home and to hear from him is so weird! I now realize how short the time is on the mission and that I need to start working even harder! Which is good, because my new companion Elder Rivera is one of the hardest working missionaries in the mish! So I am learning a lot from him, including the importance of being super obedient in the mission and working from sun up until sun down! Also, I'm trying to teach him to enjoy the mission! So, I hope we find a half-way point to where we can have fun and work and have success!

We have been working very hard with a couple of our investigators, like Hermana America, the mom of the 2 kids that just got baptized! Also, Sandra, another investigator, had her baby so she also is ready to be baptized!

I am amazed at all of the things that happen on the mission! Like one of our investigators, Josue Veza finally prayed to see if he should be baptized in our church. That night he had a dream where he was dressed in white. He says he was in the temple, and I came up to him dressed in white, and I told him that he needed to be baptized or he couldn't receive exhaltation. So that's pretty cool, knowing that the Lord trusts me enough to help other people, even in their dreams!

But all is well in the mish! I hope you all have a great week! Les Quiero y les amo!
